Solvanya operates in Singapore and provides services tailored to local regulations and insurance markets. Some features or recommendations may not apply outside Singapore.

Account and Access

Certain actions require an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for keeping your credentials secure.

Provide complete and accurate information when creating an account or submitting details for policy assessment. Inaccurate data may affect the suitability of recommendations.

Protect your login details. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access so we can take steps to secure your account.

Accounts are personal and may not be transferred without our prior written consent.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Solvanya support immediately so we can contribute and take remedial actions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks, or are linked to fraudulent activity.

Service Scope

Solvanya offers consulting, comparisons, and administrative support to help seniors choose insurance products. We present options based on available market data and client inputs; final policy terms are set by insurers.

We may modify service features, pricing, or available insurers. Changes will be posted on the website and communicated where appropriate to affected clients.

We strive for consistent service availability, but interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen events. We will communicate significant outages when possible.

User Conduct

When using Solvanya, act responsibly and respectfully. The following actions are prohibited:

• Submitting fraudulent, false or misleading information for policy applications.
• Impersonating another person or using another party's account without authorization.
• Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems.
• Interfering with other users' access or disrupting service operations.
• Using our platform to distribute spam, malware or unsolicited commercial content.
• Circumventing security measures or bypassing access controls.

User Content

Content you submit to Solvanya, such as personal details, medical history summaries, or comments, must be accurate and lawful.

You retain ownership of personal information you provide, but grant Solvanya the rights needed to process and use that information to deliver services.

By submitting content you grant Solvanya a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store and transmit it for provision of services, product comparisons, and communications with insurers.

You are responsible for the content you provide and must not submit third-party information without consent. Inaccurate or misleading content may affect advice quality.

You may request removal or correction of user content subject to our data retention obligations and legal requirements.

Intellectual Property

All website content, activity, logos and materials produced by Solvanya are protected by intellectual property laws. Use of our content beyond permitted personal use requires prior written consent.

• Do not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of Solvanya content without permission.
• Do not remove or alter intellectual property notices on Solvanya materials.
• Licensed third-party content remains subject to its original terms and restrictions.

Paid Services

Certain Solvanya services such as detailed policy comparisons, document preparation, or one-on-one advisory sessions may carry fees. Fees will be disclosed before purchase.
